How We Work

Our Consulting Methodology

Every Orinthos engagement follows the same foundational approach: we begin with careful listening, structure our work around the actual situation rather than a standard template, and deliver findings in formats that support decision-making rather than simply documenting activity.

We do not start with conclusions and work backward to justify them. Our recommendations follow from what we find — and if what we find suggests the client's original framing of the problem was incomplete, we say so.
