Our Story
Consulting With Care, Not Shortcuts
Orinthos was founded on a straightforward belief: that sound business decisions require careful preparation, honest analysis, and people who take time to understand your context before offering their view.
← Back to HomeWho We Are
Built Around Substance
Orinthos was established in Bangkok with a clear purpose: to offer business consulting services that hold up under scrutiny. We work with organizations at moments when careful thinking matters most — when entering a market, navigating a period of operational strain, or preparing for a conversation that will shape the direction of the business for years ahead.
Our team draws on backgrounds in market research, operations consulting, and organizational facilitation. We have worked across multiple sectors and with companies of different sizes — from regional enterprises to subsidiaries of multinational groups establishing their Southeast Asian presence.
We are a small firm by design. This means every client engagement receives senior attention from start to finish. We do not sub-contract core work or rotate junior staff into primary client roles.
Our Mission
Grounded Perspective. Practical Outcomes.
Our mission is to help organizations in Thailand and the wider Southeast Asian region make better-informed decisions — through careful preparation, structured process, and clear communication of findings.
We believe that good consulting is fundamentally a service to good thinking. Our role is to bring structure and outside perspective to situations where internal assumptions may be obscuring what needs to be seen.
"Good advice begins with good listening. We take that part seriously, because what we find in the first week often shapes everything that follows."
— Orinthos Consulting Team

How We Work
Our Professional Standards
Client Confidentiality
All client information — commercial, financial, or strategic — is treated as strictly confidential. We operate under standard non-disclosure provisions and do not share client work across engagements.
Ethical Conduct
We decline engagements where conflicts of interest cannot be adequately managed. Our findings are presented without adjustment for what clients may prefer to hear.
Clear Scope Agreements
Every engagement begins with a written scope of work. Changes to scope are discussed openly and documented before implementation — there are no surprise adjustments.
Data Protection
Personal data collected during engagements is handled in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We maintain appropriate data storage and access controls.
Deliverable Quality Review
All final documents go through an internal review process before delivery. We do not release first drafts as final outputs — every deliverable reflects the full engagement's findings.
Post-Delivery Support
Following the close of an engagement, we remain available for clarification questions on our deliverables at no additional charge for a period of 30 days.
Our Context
Working in Southeast Asia's Business Environment
Thailand sits at the convergence of several significant trends reshaping business in the ASEAN region — increasing foreign investment interest, evolving domestic regulatory frameworks, and a growing number of mid-size enterprises navigating the transition to more structured management approaches. Orinthos was established precisely to support organizations working within this context.
Bangkok, as Thailand's commercial center, draws organizations from across the region and internationally. Many of our clients are at a decision point: a market opportunity that needs evaluation, an operational layer that has stopped scaling well, or a leadership team preparing for a consequential planning cycle. These are the situations where structured outside support tends to add the most value — not as a replacement for internal judgment, but as a complement to it.
Our approach draws on established consulting methodologies while remaining attentive to the specific conditions of the Thai business environment. We understand the regulatory landscape, the expectations around professional conduct, and the cultural dimensions of how organizations here make decisions. That familiarity informs both what we recommend and how we communicate it.
